Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 30-day free trial gives you full access to every feature with no card required. You will be asked for payment details when the trial ends if you want to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 30-day trial period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export everything as a CSV at any time before you cancel. We do not delete your data immediately. You have 30 days after cancellation to export.
Do agents connected to a coach need their own subscription?
For Standard Coach accounts, yes. Agents connected via connect code keep their own individual subscriptions. For White Label Coach accounts the per-agent fee covers the agent's access and they do not need a separate subscription.
How does the White Label setup work?
After your setup fee is paid we configure your branding: logo, colors, app name, subdomain, and email domain. Setup typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will have a dedicated contact throughout the process.
Can I switch from Standard to White Label later?
Yes. You can upgrade to White Label at any time by paying the setup fee. Your existing data and agent connections carry over with no disruption.
Is there a minimum commitment for brokerage seats?
Standard brokerage plans require a minimum of 5 seats. White Label brokerage plans require a minimum of 10 seats. You can add seats at any time.
What does the diagnostic actually show?
The diagnostic reads your conversion ratios across four stages: conversations to appointments, appointments to listings signed, listings signed to closings, and tells you which stage is underperforming and what that typically means. It is based on thirty years of real estate training methodology, not a generic algorithm.
