Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of cadencescorecard.com and the Cadence Scorecard app at app.cadencescorecard.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Jeffrey Stanton through Stanton Performance Group ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

• Plans, prices, and any setup fees are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• Where a free trial is offered, no card is required to start it. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid, including one-time setup fees, are not refundable except where required by law.

Coach, team, and brokerage accounts

Coaches, team leaders, and brokerages may view the scorecard data of agents who connect to them. You are responsible for using that data only to support those agents and in line with applicable law. White label features are provided for presenting the Service under your brand and do not transfer ownership of the Service.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to access other users' data without permission, interfering with the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful.

No guarantee of results

Cadence Scorecard provides calculations and tracking based on industry benchmarks and the numbers you enter. It is a planning and accountability tool, not financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee any income, closings, or business outcome.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
