Who we are

Cadence Scorecard is a business activity tracker for real estate professionals, operated by Jeffrey Stanton through Stanton Performance Group ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through cadencescorecard.com and the Cadence Scorecard app at app.cadencescorecard.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and sign-in details when you create an account.
• Business information you enter. Your income goal, commission figures, working weeks, weekly activity (conversations, prospecting hours, appointments, agreements), closings, and lead sources.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and the date and time of visits, collected through server logs and Google Analytics.
• Cookies. This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we use your information

• To run the scorecard, calculate your weekly targets, and show your progress.
• To send the emails that are part of the service, such as weekly summaries and milestone notices, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
• To provide support, process payments, keep the service secure, and improve it.

Coaches, team leaders, and brokerages

If you connect your account to a coach, team leader, or brokerage (for example, with a connect code or through a seat your brokerage provides), that coach, team leader, or brokerage can see your scorecard data, including your weekly activity, pace status, stage diagnostic, and income progress against your goal. They can view this data but cannot change it. You should connect only to people you want to share this information with.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Cadence Scorecard (such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and website analytics), with coaches, team leaders, or brokerages you connect to as described above, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains available for 30 days so you can export it, after which we may delete it. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires.

Your choices

You can review and update your information in the app, export your data as a CSV file, and ask us to delete your account. To make a request, email info@cadencescorecard.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Cadence Scorecard is intended for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above.
